REFUND FOR HVAC

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH CANCELLED A 180.00 PRO PLAN AND TALKED TO FIVE PEOPLE AT ARS AND HAVE BEEN LIED TO ABOUT MY REFUND BEEN TRYING TO GET OUR REFUND SINCE 31 MARCH 2021 LEARNED A LESSON ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS CALLED TODAY WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER SEVEN TO TEN DAYS AND WAS TOLD THE SAME THING THREE WEEKS AGO VERY FRUSTRATING

User's recommendation: IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE YOU GET REFUND POLICY IN WRITTING.

I had ARS plumber fix my bath tub faucet leak after you turned off the water it kept dripping He drove to Autsn to pick up a FIX It Kit for $15 I asked couldn't he get that in Round Rock we have a LOWS and Home Depot He said no. He charged $400 dollars and I was trying to file a complaint with ARS and this was the closest I came to being able to do it ARS has been doing our service needs for about 40 years The repair was done very well but he way overcharged for it
